Import Historical Call Data

Import call data from Call Tracking Metrics for a specific date range.

Start Date

End Date

This will import all calls from CTM. Existing calls will be updated, new calls will be added - no duplicates will be created.

Real-Time Webhook Setup

Configure Call Tracking Metrics to send new call data in real-time to your webhook endpoint.

Setup Instructions:

Get your webhook URL: Go to Dashboard → Code → Functions → click on "ctmWebhook" function → copy the Endpoint URL shown
Log into your Call Tracking Metrics account
Go to Settings → Webhooks (or Integrations)
Click "Add Webhook" or "Create New Webhook"
Paste the webhook URL from step 1
Select "Call Completed" as the trigger event
Save and test the webhook

Note: The webhook will automatically create or update call records in your database whenever CTM sends call data. Make sure to use the exact URL from your Base44 Functions dashboard.

Clean Invalid Jobs

Remove jobs with missing work order IDs or client names (blank/unknown entries).

Import Google Ads from Google Sheet

Import Google Ads campaign data from a published Google Sheet CSV.

Data is imported from the published Google Sheet. Make sure the sheet is published as CSV and contains columns like: campaign_id, campaign_name, date, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, etc.

Import Google LSA Spend from Google Sheet

Import Google Local Services Ads (LSA) spend data from a published Google Sheet CSV.

Data is imported from the published Google Sheet. Make sure the sheet is published as CSV and contains columns: date, cost (or spend).

Import Meta Ads Spend from Google Sheet

Import Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads spend data from a published Google Sheet CSV.

Google Call Asset Job Import

Export jobs matched to "Google Call Asset" calls for Google Ads conversion tracking.

This exports calls from the "Google Call Asset" source that are matched to jobs with revenue. Data is formatted for Google's offline conversion import (phone number + call time format).

Sheet URL Configuration: To automatically open the Google Sheet after pushing conversions, set the GOOGLE_CALL_ASSET_SHEET_VIEW_URL secret in Dashboard → Settings → Secrets with your Google Sheets shareable link.

Daily Email Summary

Receive an automated email summary of the previous day's performance metrics every morning.

What's included: Total calls, matched jobs, revenue, average job value, top traffic sources, and key statistics from the previous day.

Automation: To schedule this email to send automatically each morning, set up a cron job or scheduled task to call the sendDailySummary function daily.

Vonigo Integration

Import your Vonigo jobs and bookings to match with incoming calls and track revenue.

CSV Export from Vonigo:

Log into your Vonigo account
Navigate to Reports or Jobs section
Export jobs with these fields: Work Order ID, Client ID, Client, Phone, Street Address, Zip Code, Invoice Subtotal, Job Created On, Cancelled On, Client Type, Marketing Campaign (Client), Marketing Campaign (Job)
Save as CSV
Upload in the Jobs page using the "Import CSV" button

After importing jobs, use the "Match to Calls" button on the Jobs page to automatically link calls to jobs by phone number.
